Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

All children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), make good progress from their starting points. The management team is skilled in identifying when children may have SEND and quickly arranges for support, working collaboratively with other professionals and using effective strategies to help children progress in their development.

Outdoor space

Children are physically active outdoors and learn how to keep themselves safe. Children in the baby room have plenty of opportunities outside and indoors to move around and build on their physical skills.

EAL / language support

Children who learn English as an additional language do not receive consistent support across the nursery, with some especially in the baby and toddler rooms having fewer opportunities to hear and use their home language. Nevertheless, they develop a good understanding and use of English, including through rhymes, reading, and meaningful discussions with staff.

The team at Beaumont House are absolutely amazing! My Daughter attend for three years before joining school last year and my son has been there since joining the babies room in 2023. The staff are attentive, fun and show a huge amount of care and affection for the children. Whilst there has been a fair amount of staff change in 2024, the team under Jim have rebuilt superbly and I have full confidence in them and my sons happy future at the nursery. Would absolutely recommend as a great place!

Beaumont House is such a cozy place for my baby to attend. He went in for half days at just 6 months old and was looked after so well I have no worries at all. The staff are super friendly, patient and kind, even though I know my baby is fussy sometimes! They’ve always had much love for him :) He absolutely loves going in and is learning new skills every day. They offer many creative activities that I would never have thought of at home, and they take the babies out and about wrapped up warm to discover the outdoors too. I always get an update on what he’s been doing.

My wife and I were quite apprehensive about finding a nursery that would suit our son. He took a long time settling, as we suspected he might, but thanks to the really lovely staff at Beaumont House and their patience he is really happy there. We can’t thank the team in the baby room enough for the kindness, attention, perseverance and most importantly genuine care that they have showed to him. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the baby room team, they’re all lovely.

Our son, who is 2yrs old now, has been at Beaumont House full time since he was 11 Months old. We have a very good communication with the staff, everybody is very caring, flexible and attentive to him. He is very happy going to the nursery, that's the principal for us. He loves doing messy play, singing, playing in the garden and participating to lots of the experiences that it is proposed!

Having just joined Beaumont and our first ever experience of a nursery with our daughter, we have been absolutely overwhelmed by the whole experience and in particular, the team’s attentiveness. They are a really special team who all seem so dedicated and passionate about the nursery and the children they look after. Our daughter has just completed her first week after a very well thought out settling in period and she’s loving it and the staff so much already.
