Bertie's Nursery, situated in the picturesque grounds of the former Tyntesfield Estate, offers a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 6 months to school entry. The nursery prides itself on fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence through a holistic approach that supports emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development.
With a dedicated team, Bertie's aims to create joyful early learning experiences, emphasising exploration, play, and connecting with nature. The curriculum is built around 12 key goals, encouraging children to become confident, independent individuals, emotionally aware, and effective communicators.
They are also nurtured to be imaginative storytellers, enthusiastic readers, purposeful builders, and inquisitive explorers of the world. Bertie's is committed to preparing children for their transition to school with a strong sense of self and a love for learning, all within a safe and supportive community.
