Inclusion & environment
Leaders ensure that all staff receive the right training and resources to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), including specialised resources and guides from the local authority to help staff support children's speech and language development.
Children enjoy daily physical activity in the nursery's all-weather outdoor play space. Leaders also arrange visits to outdoor places such as the beach and farms to extend children's knowledge of the natural world.
Staff speak to children in their home languages, alongside English, and find out keywords that are important to them.
My son has been attending this nursery for 2+ years. It has been an absolute joy to bring him to this nursery and get to know the wonderful staff. All the staff are pleasant, reassuring, helpful, always happy to help, provide excellent, thorough feedback and above all my child is happy here. He has made amazing progress while here and is absolutely thriving. My favourite thing about the team is the genuine joy and love that shines towards the children. Thank you for all your hard work Mrs Umm Yasir and the rest of the team.
