I will always hold Shiny Stars nursery close to my heart. My son went there in 2016 just before he was 1. He has a lot of developmental delays which the nursery picked up. They were in constant communication with us parents and got a someone to come in to assess him. As 1st time parents then this was an overwhelming time but the nursery staff were so supportive. They paved the way to helping my son get the support he needed. Thank you Sorry this is a late review after so long but you did great then and I am sure you still are great now.

I dropped off my 2 year old off at this nursery around 10 in the morning and to my displeasure I witnessed when I had returned to pick him up was that his clothes were drenched in water and his lips were completely swollen turning discoloured, his front tooth was broken and had a cut in his head maybe from a pointed object, I was not informed for hours on what had happened to my child even when I came to collect him I still was not told what incident had occurred to cause this terrible display the staff were no help to me, acting as if nothing had happened when clearly the injuries my child has gone through shows otherwise, he was very distraught as he is now struggling to eat and drink, I have taken him to see a doctor and they have informed me that he has suffered a hard fall. I am disgusted with the staff at this nursery my child has not been protected and cared for as well as I was promised, I strongly disagree if you are choosing to allow your child to enrol in this nursery.

I dont understand people. I called just now and the lady picked up and I said that I wanted to put my son on th3 nursery and how it works and I could hear her phone ringing and she hung off on me, I was confident that this was a good nursery until she just done that. Very rude and not professional. She could ask me to wait and I would of.
