Very disappointing and frustrating experience. We registered our child and made a substantial upfront payment, but later withdrew our application once we learned that the nursery carries out intimate care, including male staff changing nappies for girls, which we are not comfortable with. Our child never started at the nursery. Despite this, when we requested a refund, only part of the payment was returned, with the remainder kept due to small wording in the terms and conditions that were not clearly explained at the time of registration. The lack of transparency, understanding, and flexibility was extremely frustrating. I strongly advise parents to fully clarify care practices and carefully review refund policies before making any payment.

Blue Willow Horlicks Nursery has been amazing from the very start! My daughter is one of the first children to join in September, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff are incredibly caring, friendly, and professional, creating a warm and nurturing environment where children can thrive. My daughter absolutely loves it here, and it’s been wonderful to see her grow in confidence and enjoy every day. The team goes above and beyond to make learning fun and engaging. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a fantastic early years setting!

I was so afraid to leave my 10-month-old daughter because she is very sensitive and attached to me, but the team at Blue Willow did everything they could to ensure she adapted as well as possible. In less than a week, she was already very happy there. Now, she has been there for 2 months, and everything is going wonderfully well. The staff are truly incredible, and I highly recommend them.

My grand daughter attends this nursery and she loves it. The staff are friendly she gets on well with them. I would recommend this nursery to anyone in need of childcare

My son was one of the first children to start Blue Willow when it opened in Sept. Given its a new nursery, naturally I was apprehensive about his journey + it was his first time starting (9m). However those worries very quickly left my mind and I couldn't be more happy that we invested in Blue Willow. The level of care, attention to detail, love and support they shown my son is incredible. We're 5 months in and my little boy is thriving, he's learned more than I could've ever imagined, eats better than me, and more importantly, doesn't want to leave when I pick him up! All green flags I wanted + more. The practitioners (Kinga, Ebony, Maz & Minah to name a few) are extremely supportive, compassionate, and nurturing individuals who all display wonderful assets you would want for your child. Credit to all the wonderful ladies there. We will forever be indebted to them.
