Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection
Parents praise the staff for the care and attention their children receive and how well all staff know the children's needs and personal circumstances.
They appreciate the regular updates and feedback on their children's progress and how they can support learning at home.
Parents enjoy events at the nursery, where they are able to meet other families and see the activities that their children enjoy and how they learn.
Inclusion & environment
The unique and ambitious curriculum caters to the needs of all children in their care. It provides excellent support for children who speak English as an additional language (EAL) and those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Children with SEND make good progress and staff adapt activities highly effectively to meet their needs.
Children playing in the outdoor area build a fire engine using available resources to create seats and hoses. Staff ensure that children have ample opportunities to be outdoors throughout the day and benefit from eating and sleeping in the garden areas.
I wish I could give it 0 stars. Absolutely greedy company! This is a company and not a nursery My son and I visited this nursery. It was nothing special. 1 room per age group but we liked it given our circumstances. We felt the urgency that we must register or places will run out as they kept telling us! We registered our son. he hadn’t been to nursery before, we were moving to Oxford for my education and weren’t aware of the things. And mind you that my son has not spent even an hour at this nursery yet. Now, we found a different nursery which is a better fit for him and all of us as a family and I wanted to make them aware of it! Now they are saying I need to pay TWO MONTHS OF NOTICE FEE!!! 2 months! How can I afford this??! My son has not been there! I cannot afford this and they are giving me responses like a customer service helpline. “You signed a contract and the contract says this”! Oh My God!’ It’s a nursery for my 3 year old!
