Staff also support children in learning about diverse experiences, including those of friends who speak English as an additional language, by learning key words to aid communication and foster a sense of inclusion.
Children at Bright Beginnings Nursery demonstrate good behaviour, learn "golden rules," and develop strong social skills through friendly interactions and respectful communication.

Inclusion & environment
Occasionally, staff do not fully consider how they may adapt opportunities to meet all children's abilities and development needs, particularly in group activities. Therefore, some children do not benefit as much as others.
Staff have recently developed a separate outdoor area for babies. Younger children now have continuous access to the outdoors, with greater opportunities to explore and extend their learning.
