Had our enrolment cancelled despite contact with the nursery saying I hadn’t started employment yet and our fee has been kept. No further contact despite me emailing to discuss this. Disappointing.

I would like to file a complaint against the nursery due to their unprofessional behavior and poor management. I registered my daughter and paid an amount of 115 SAR as a registration fee on April 30, 2025. However, they did not accept my child into the nursery, and the amount has not been refunded until now, despite my continuous follow-ups over several months with no response or clear explanation.

Our son attended this nursery from when he first started nursery at age 10 months. He settled in really well and loved going to nursery. He did lots of activities, lots of outside time and really developed loads while he was there. He loved his key worker and the key worker was really helpful in giving us lovely updates, photos and even a call about his progress to help with the fact that due to the covid pandemic we couldn’t ever see him actually in the nursery setting. The management of this nursery are super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help. I would highly recommend the nursery.
