My son has been attending this nursery since he was 1. He was born during the pandemic, a very strange time to become a first-time mum! When I first took my son to this nursery, I was obviously nervous about leaving him for the first time. However, the amount of support and genuine care and warmth that we felt from the Bright Horizons team was amazing! Jack settled into nursery in just a couple of weeks. His first key worker, DJ was so good with him. He would happily go to her when I dropped him off and sensing my nervousness at this time, DJ would always give me a full report on how Jack’s day was when I collected him. She would go so far as to make special comments and recommendations specific to myself and Jack to help ease us into the nursery routine. From there, things have just been constantly improving! Jack (an only child) is so sociable and loves to talk about his friends and teachers at nursery. So much so, that when we are away on holiday, he oftens mentions telling his teachers what we have been doing. Which is remarkable as he is only 2 and a half! He loves ‘Boogie Mites’ singing and dancing activity in the morning and his vocabulary has come on leaps and bounds. He particularly enjoys playing in the garden and going on field walks across the cricket field. The nursery setting is always clean and tidy, and you get a real sense of what your child has been doing all day via the extensive reporting and photos on the Bright Horizons App. It is great to see pictures of Jack playing with his friends whilst I’m at work. I also get to see how often Jack has slept, been to the toilet and eaten. The food menu is great, and they are very vigilant on allergens – which is very reassuring! The nursery staff throughout the building know me and Jack by name and it is lovely to be greeted by all the staff in such a friendly and familiar way. I know it sounds cheesy – but it really feels like a family environment! I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough! The location is lovely too as it is off street and there are no cars/traffic noise nearby. 10/10 – check it out for yourself!
Read on GoogleOur daughter stayed at BH Crouch End fields from 6 to 24 months. The nursery is located in a great setting with outdoor space for the children to play and wonderful green fields. I really enjoyed coming in the morning and seeing my daughter running around the fields at pick up! Parents have the door code and can go in and out nursery when they see fit. This shows trust and openness which i really appreciated. Annesha and DJ were my daughter's keypeople and they couldnt have care more for my daughter. They were outstanding. They were caring and patient, stimulated her and made her feel special every day. My daughther loved them both. Shout out to othert great staff: Tiziana in the baby room is superb and all kids adore her. Vinessa also from baby room was great too. Rania and Keileigh were very good in jumblies. Richard the cook is kind and very good with kids too! Not all staff is very good and there is room to grow there but i would bring back another baby without second thoughts! I really loved having Sam as a nursery manager. She is amazing. I always felt she took the time to listen to parents and acted on things. She is enthusiastic and dedicated and very good with children herself. She made me feel part of the nursery family very quickly. Parents met frequently at nursery events and this was really important to feel part of the community and make friends. This is unique and absolutely brilliant about this nursery.
