I don’t know if my review was deleted. My son did go to this nursery for less than a year (more than 2 courses ago) He had additional needs and because he was a bit more challenge than other children and didn’t want to have lunch he was asked to be picked up at 11.30 morning. (2 hours before his due time) Not even once they tried to have him longer Also a lot of negative comments that “other parents are complaining” about my son, making me feel anxious and scared every single day at pick up. Manager was not inclusive and didn’t show any support or affection at all regarding my son. My son was so many times alone in the garden away from the group. I also been told “my son should apply for SEN school”when is not their matter to say so and also they tried to convinced me to apply for schools a year before because they were so desperate to get rid of us. I did ask for extra days they did keep telling me that they didn’t have the space but in the end I did confront them and they had to tell me “they didn’t have extra days for my son” I did put a complain on Ofsted and the case is still been investigated By they way if you from BrightHorizon Golders Green management and reading my review DO NOT CONTACT ME EVER.

After spending more than the average time with my son due to lockdown I was very nervous and anxious about sending him to nursery. I was even more upset that I was starting him at a time where I wasnt going to be allowed inside and help him settle in, but the staff made the whole experience so amazing. My son talks about ‘shebby’ to everyone in his family. She is a great asset and bright horizons are so lucky to have such a happy, bubbly and full of energy member of staff in their team. All the staff I have met with are so welcoming so informative and always give me a breakdown of my sons day. They touch base with me when I go to collect him and every time I call to see how he is doing they are so helpful and open to giving me their time. I done so much reserch before sending my little one here and I have to actually travel to get to it aswel but it’s worth it 100%. Everyone is incredible especially shebby. If you can have a character like hers around your child you have nothing to worry about
