Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Leaders are well supported by a wider network of directors and specialists. For example, there are specialists to support with the early identification of children who may need additional help to thrive in their development.

Outdoor space

Babies select interesting musical instruments to shake and bang in the garden. Children ask each other what they are cooking in the outside mud kitchen. Leaders have recently refurbished the outside area to better support children's physical development.

Poor management of their waiting list and joining process. A money grabbing exercise given you have to pay one of the highest application fees just to never hear back from them. A borderline illegal practice that made me consider at some point going all the way up to consumers protection agencies.

We feel fortunate to have had both our children at this nursery. The team here are really personable and you genuinely feel the care and attention that they give to the children. All rooms are well equipped and well lit. There is a reasonable amount of outdoor space but they maximise what is there. My only minor gripe would be that updates on activities on a daily basis are quite few and far between. However they've recently launched an app so this may change.

Could not fault anything about my experience with Bright Horizons. It was quite hard getting my son in there in the first place but I can see why it is so popular. The care exceeded all my expectations. I am very grateful for all their help over the past few years. My son wouldn't be the confident boy at school that he is today without their additional help. Thank you x

I called to enquire availability for my daughter and the coordinator hung up the phone while I was providing the name of the nursery branch as per her request! Not sure how to understand this so I will leave to everyone to decide for themselves! Personally I am shocked!
