Outdoor space

Children have direct access to a covered outside area from all rooms. However, staff do not consistently plan for babies to benefit from learning and playing outdoors. This means that babies are not provided with the same high-quality teaching and learning opportunities outside as they receive indoors.

My daughter has been attending the Chingford Busy Bees since she was 1 year old, and we couldn’t be happier. She absolutely loves spending time with the other children and has built wonderful relationships with her keyworkers. The care, attention, and nurturing environment they provide are fantastic. We are so grateful for all the support and encouragement she receives every day.

I couldn’t be happier with the care provided by Busy Bees! My daughter has been attending for the past two years, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Before her, my son was also part of Busy Bees, and we’ve always felt completely confident in the nurturing and supportive environment they provide. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care for the children, creating a safe and stimulating space where they can grow and thrive. It’s clear they go above and beyond to ensure every child is happy and engaged. I’m so grateful for the memories and milestones my family has shared with Busy Bees!

We are extremely happy with our daughters care at busy bees Chingford. She really enjoys nursery and it's clear that she has a great bond with all of the staff in her room, who provide detailed feedback about her day as well as updating meals, sleep, bottles and nappies on the parent app. Once a week the babies have an outside company come in to do a music class which I can see my daughter loves by the photos of her dancing and engaged. My daughter is a year old, when I put soap on her hands before meal times at home she rubs her hands together, which I know she's learnt at nursery. This gives me great comfort that the staff are teaching the children important hygiene skills from a young age. It shows great inclusivity that the nursery celebrate all different types of holidays and get the children involved with fun activities and dress up days to celebrate. We also really like the fact that each age group has their own garden with age appropriate toys.

Shocking treatment of kids. During my child’s duration at this pathetic institution, he came back home with so many injuries. Staff are not bothered at all about the child’s welfare. The bump on his head was horrific and that was the last straw. If there is a problematic abusive child who bullies others kids, then surely the staff should keep a close eye on them. But no, the staff seemed like they are lazy and useless. Thanks God we pulled him out, it was the best decision. At the new nursery he had no injuries and staff were more loving and attentive. They also cleaned him up very well, which they didn’t do at BusyBees. At busy bees he came back so filthy. If you truly care for your child and don’t want them being injured and neglected then DON’T enrol them at this horrible place. They should be closed down!
