Bright Horizons Nurseries offer a comprehensive early years education, focusing on a unique "Nurture Approach" that prioritises both learning and emotional well-being. With over three decades of experience and more than 300 nurseries across the UK, they are dedicated to supporting families with their childcare needs.
The curriculum, "Bright Beginnings," incorporates five key learning areas to develop practical and life skills, with a strong emphasis on outdoor activities, Forest School principles, and Eco-Schools programmes. The nursery provides freshly prepared meals with attention to allergies, and a detailed settling-in process to ensure a smooth transition for children and families.
This includes non-chargeable sessions up to six weeks before the start date, allowing children to familiarise themselves with the environment and build trust with their key person. Parents are encouraged to participate in these initial sessions, gradually leaving their child for short periods to foster independence.
The nursery also offers resources and support regarding childcare funding options and aims to create a vibrant community for children, parents, and staff.
