I can not recommend Quayside enough, my child has been there for 2 years and we have never had any issues. The staff here are on another level, they are so caring and really listen to the children needs (once they are able to talk obviously prior to that the team in the baby room have amazing intuition) and get to know the children as individuals, allowing them to partake in activities they want to do as opposed to just in the larger group. My daughter has flourished there here and considering she is only a the nursery for 2 1/2 days a week I think that speaks for itself. Once my Son arrives in June I will definitely be booking him in a year in advance. Rachael and the team are honestly a god send, especially during these lockdowns, I don't know where we would be without them, nothing is too much even if I'm just calling them with a daft question!

If you want to be treated horribly, with a nice touch of xenophobia, I can recommend this place. The list is probably mostly for the manager’s friends and those only she likes, if she doesn’t, she just lets you wait until there’s no space. She keeps ignoring phone calls, and when you show up in person, she promises to look into it and call you in the afternoon. She made the same promise three times and never called back. If you're reading this, we’re no longer interested, but thank you for showing us what kind of people can work with children in this country. Luckily we found nice place where everyone is treated the same 🙌🏻

A wonderful nursery, my son loves it here. He's been with the nursery for almost 2 years now and has made so much progress developmentally and made lots of friends in his class group. They really take the time to get to know your child and are always happy to stop and chat if you have any questions or concerns, the staff are all so friendly.
