The nursery operates from 7:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday throughout the year, closing only for a week at Christmas and on bank holidays. Staff at the nursery are dedicated to supporting children's learning and development, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, ensuring all children make good progress.

How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff know where and how to support children's learning and will adapt their provision and practice to meet the needs of individual children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities. All children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, make good progress in their learning. The special educational needs and/or disabilities coordinator works closely with staff, parents and other professionals to ensure children get the required level of support they need. Staff recognise that additional support is beneficial to children and quickly put additional strategies in place.

The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact this was having on children's learning.

Bright horizons is the best nursery in reigate! Jess and the whole team are welcoming, professional, kind, caring and incredible carers. They've had both my children and I would not go anywhere else for my child care needs. It's a wonderful setting and they work so hard on creating an educational environment that's fun to.

The Reigate Holmesdale Road Nursery team offer a very warm and welcoming environment for the children with fun and engaging activities, our two children have been very happy there. The team have always been very supportive and accommodating to our family needs whether that be for extra sessions or changing dietary requirements, and the management team work hard to continue to develop their offering and staff training which is great to see. Our children always go in with a big happy hello in the morning!

5 stars for Jess and the running of Bright Horizons. As manager she goes above and beyond to run the nursery with precision and passion. Communication is clear and prompt and our children have been, and are very happy there. Her passion for childcare and exemplary leadership ensures smooth and efficient running of the nursery.
