Lucia and her team go above and beyond in getting to understand the children's needs at Bright Horizons. I am always bowled over by their intuitive interactions with the children as well as one another. I have often arrived at a random time and the children across all three rooms are calm and happy. I feel this is a true indication of how well looked after they all are.

Such a great nursery! The staff are so kind and helpful, very responsive and provide regular updates on children's progress. Always open to adjustments catering to my child's needs at the time. It's a relatively small nursery which gives it a real family feel, I will be forever grateful in how they helped me adjust to sending my little one to nursery - a very emotional transition :)
