My son BG attends Surbiton day nursery and preschool upper brighton road. He transitioned from one bright horizons to upper brighton road. His transition was smooth and the support from both staff and management was attentive and professional. The care BG received was outstanding and he settled in really quickly. During his time so far, he has been supported by his key worker Raya and the management team, especially as myself and partner have had some worries with regards to his development, he has been assessed by AFC and the SENCO have been amazing on getting the support and guidance that BG may require. Myself and partner feel that BGs behaviour has improved at home and we feel that his daily engagements to activities have had a positive impact to his learning. To see our child happily walk into nursery and enjoy his time there gives us a sense of security and trust in the care that he is provided with. So we would like to Thank all staff and management for a smooth transition and the support in place for BG.

This is a fantastic nursery. Our son settled extremely quickly and that is because all the staff were brilliant and you can tell that they care about the children. All the staff across the nursery knew our son's name within a day and would say hello to him as we dropped him off. There is plenty of outside space which our son loved and they do loads of activities with the children throughout the day which they update you on through the app. Our son developed so much from being here and we highly recommend it for people looking for an outstanding nursery in Surbiton.

We are so happy with our choice of sending our little one to the Bright Horizons' Surbiton nursery. All the staff are highly prepared and professional, as well as lovely and dedicated. They are open to answer any questions and discuss any needs your family has. Our child needed Physiotherapy support and they were prepared to help with the exercises prescribed by the specialist. Having no siblings, we have seen how much our child has learnt and developed new skills in the months since attending this nursery. We get updates everyday through the apps and pictures. Our little one adores the staff and goes there with a smile on the face every morning. Highly recommend it.

We moved our son to this nursery after a bad experience with another local setting. The change in him is incredible since he has been going here. The staff are fantastic, facilities great, communication excellent and our son is so happy now. He runs in happily, comes out beaming and tells us all about his day, unlike his previous nursery where he wouldn't tell us anything about what he did. Highly recommend to all parents.

Lovely staff, nice location and building with large garden. Excellent opening hours. However it is extremely poor value for money. They ask 30-40% premium compared to nearby nurseries which have better ofsted reports. Nor do they provide workplace nursery benefit which could benefit the parents a lot. Bright Horizon, the new owner of the nursery is an American company owning more than 700 nurseries worldwide and you can tell; it has become a lot more corporate and money focused.
