Our child has been attending Monkey Puzzle since they were 1, starting in the baby room and now thriving in the toddler room. The care received throughout has been outstanding — the staff are warm, attentive and really know each child as an individual. Management is excellent too, always approachable and clearly dedicated to creating a nurturing, well-run environment. The activities are so thoughtful and varied, with plenty of opportunities for play and learning. We especially love that the children get to go on little trips to the local park and playground, which our child really enjoys. The “meet the team” days are also a brilliant touch. We highly recommend!

Monkey Puzzle does an exceptional job when it comes to childcare. Every child is treated as an individual, and their individual successes, background, culture and family celebrated regularly. My eldest is now at primary school and still looks forward to picking up her younger sister from the nursery so she can see all the staff. She is welcomed with hugs and a genuine interest into what she has been up to even though she left 2 years ago. Communications are excellent and the daily updates on activities and child wellbeing are timely and accurate. I have no doubt in mind that my child is cared for, educationally stimulated, and happy whilst in the care of the Monkey Puzzle Surbiton team.

Our son has been attending Monkey Puzzle Surbiton since he was 9 months old, starting in the baby room and now as a happy and confident nearly 3-year-old in the toddler room. The staff are warm, attentive, and take the time to really get to know each child as an individual. The management team are excellent too — always approachable, professional, and clearly committed to creating a nurturing, well-run environment. We’ve been impressed by the variety of activities on offer, from creative play to early learning, all thoughtfully designed to engage and develop the children. Our son especially loves the trips to the local park, sports days and play in the paddling pool. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Monkey Puzzle Surbiton.

The staff at Monkey Puzzle are amazing and care so much about the children. Their dedication is unquestionable. My girls have thrived here and come out smiling and excited to tell me about the painting, singing, dancing and all sorts of experiences they have. It’s wonderful. We love that the parents have opportunities to get involved too. Thank you!

We visited a lot of nurseries to figure out what would be a good fit for our child and family values. We loved Monkey Puzzle from the start and our child has been there since 1 year old. The nursery is clean and the owner clearly takes pride in looking after the nursery. The staff are caring, attentive and responsive to our child's needs. Our child has thrived there as they mix play with learning and social skills. I like that each day tends to have a creative theme: bears, zoo, sea etc. Even I am keen to see what they did during the day for the theme!
