I have been absolutely thrilled with the care and attention our child has received at Tytherington Bright Horizons. From the very first day, the staff made us feel welcome and supported, and it's clear that they genuinely care about the children in their care. The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and full of fun, engaging activities that help foster creativity and learning. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, and it's evident that the staff are highly trained and passionate about early childhood development. The team is incredibly responsive to our needs, and they regularly communicate updates via the app throughout the day. I would highly recommend them to any family looking for a nurturing, educational, and loving environment.
Read on GoogleMy daughter is currently at Bright Horizons Tytherington and the nursery are amazing. They made the transition from another local nursery very smooth, not only supporting my child but ourselves as parents. The staff are lovely and offer soo many different activities. My daughter is always happy to go and I feel safe leaving her with the very nurturing and caring team. The management team are always on hand and always try to make them selves as present as possible. Just saying that “Hi how are you” at drop off can really brighten up your day. They cultivate a culture for appreciation to, with things like encouraging parents to recommend staff for the colleague of the month award. I would recommend this nursery as they have your child’s and family’s interests at the heart of everything they do and my child is soo happy there.
Read on GoogleMy children have been through every room of Bright Horizons. The care they receive is exceptional. They have a wonderful team which is very well managed. There is low turnover of staff, good food options and lovely facilities. I will miss staff enormously - they have supported our family for nearly 8 years and helped us through weaning, potty training and getting ready for school.
Read on GoogleMy children attend this nursery and we have been really pleased with the care they receive. Any time we've had any concerns staff have dropped what they were doing to speak to us and have been proactive and kind. Jess especially is always so bubbly and happy to see my children, genuinely seems to like them and care for them. Helen too is very warm and kind, takes time to chat to the children and seems to really enjoy being around them. Lorraine (the manager) often pauses to talk to my children and make a fuss of them even when it's six pm and I presume she'd like to go home! Finally, during a rough patch for my son at drop off Kayleigh made such an effort to make a bee line to give him a cuddle and make a fuss of him and it made such a difference. Thanks all 🙂
Read on GoogleI would strongly advise parents to think twice before trusting this nursery with their children. We experienced a serious lack of care, clear negligence, and an overall atmosphere of unprofessional management. What’s even more concerning is that they actively delete negative reviews on Google in an attempt to hide honest feedback. Parents deserve transparency and accountability when it comes to childcare — unfortunately, this place offers neither. Just sharing our experience to help others make an informed decision.
