I couldn’t be happier with Bright Kidz Nursery! My oldest attended here, and now my baby girl is also part of the nursery family. The staff are always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring with the children. It’s such a comfort as a parent to know that my little ones are in such a safe, nurturing, and happy environment. Both of my daughters have thrived here, and it truly feels like a second home. I’m very grateful to the team at Bright Kidz Nursery for all the love and support they give to the children every day. Highly recommended!

Bright kidz Nursery has surpassed my expectations, with their good teacher's who are always happy to have my daughter daily. I get my child feedback every day and her participation in class. Harmony has improved alot in her speaking, application of phonics and sounds. She can do some certain things on her own this days. Great job by the amazing team. I will always recommend this school to my friends and everyone.

addition to after their reply; you’ve completely disregarded what my review says. I was allowed to pick up a boy and a young girl &put them in and out the ball pit,& had a lot of contact. I turned my back to see if any of the staff would try to do their job and play with them and told them oh look she’s so happy now she’s in here! They just smiled and carried on chatting away. I felt so sorry for the children on the day left to play whilst the 3 ladies sat chatting away. That was the reason for my review. Not malicious. As a mom I know it’s so important to care for young children and give them attention. I was genuinely so sad to see how the 3 staff behaved when they had so much they could have been playing and showing the children yet they didn’t move at all until they wanted to go back Original review; I am writing to express my deep concerns following a recent visit to the soft play centre where your nursery children go for free. I’m not one to typically leave reviews, but after witnessing what I did, I feel it’s important to share my experience for the well-being of other children who may be in your care. During my visit, I observed three staff members with a group of children aged 1-3. Unfortunately, the entire hour I spent there, the staff completely ignored most of the babies and chatted amongst themselves. Didn’t get up once and show one single baby how to play. They were seated, chatting amongst themselves, with zero effort to interact with the children. The babies were left to entertain themselves, and the staff made no attempt to encourage play or provide the emotional support the children clearly needed. What was particularly upsetting was how one of the staff members seemed visibly frustrated and uninterested in her role. There was a young child sitting next to her who, looked so sad. The poor little girl was quiet, and just sat in silence. For gods sake, you’re surrounded with a ballpit behind you, slides etc! The staff member actually looked annoyed she even had the girl next to her and that she would have to be around any baby! The staff member didn’t engage with her in any way - no attempt to play, comfort, or teach. Instead, she appeared as though she simply didn’t want to be there. It was heartbreaking to witness. two children, one around 1-year-old and another around 2, who appeared extremely shy and looked like they wanted to cry. One of the children seemed so distressed, possibly from the lack of attention and interaction. I decided to engage with them, encouraging them to play in the ball pit and helping them feel comfortable. I was able to pick them out up them in with me & played with them for about 20 mins.Staff members still sat in the same place the whole time, no hesitation at all chatting away personal lives.After a little while, these two children started to enjoy themselves, but it took time— time that should have been spent nurturing them with the staff not me. I felt I was doing their job for them as they sat between themselves chatting away. I heard one say “ well I’ll die when I die” As a parent, I was left questioning how this level of neglect could be acceptable in any childcare setting. The children need attention, care, and play things that are essential, especially at such a young age. It was upsetting to think that the staff had the perfect space with the ball pits slides etc but instead just came along as if they were a group of friends going for coffee and a chat and I can’t imagine how all. the other children felt in that environment. I was only able to play with 2-3 of them.many others needed attention too. One was just lying there on his back for ages. Again the staff were far off chatting away and didn’t care or show any single baby there how to play. This experience has led me to strongly recommend that other parents carefully consider whether this is the right nursery for their young children aged 1-3.

We are absolutely delighted with Bright Kidz Day Nursery! The staff are fantastic, fun, and caring, making our 2-year-old feel like part of the family. They go the extra mile to create engaging activities and provide a nurturing environment that encourages learning and growth. Our child loves attending and always comes home with a big smile on their face. The staff's enthusiasm and dedication are truly exceptional. We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful nursery and would highly recommend it

I can not sing the praises of this nursery enough. From the first minute my baby went there he was at ease due to the staff attentiveness and care. I honestly do not worry about him as I know he is safe hands. The staff genuinely put effort into the children ensuring they've eaten and are happy and the nursery does not exploit parents in any way. Unlike Tower Hill nursery that are absolutely disgusting charging parents if a minute late or for food not consumed. Brightkidz are honest and all staff there seem happy and are lovely a reflection of their ethos (again unlike Towerhill ). I have recommended them to all my friends honestly check them out! They're also connected to Wibbly wobbly so children get to play there loads :-)
