My son started this nursery when he was 1 year old, he enjoys going to the nursery and staff are all very helpful and approachable. They supported him with his speech and now he is able to make a conversation using more then 2/3 words. We highly recommend this nursery as they care for children and they provide very homely and safe environment for my child.

This nursery was near my house so I went and had a look and decided to send my son their. He started in April last year, 2 weeks my son came in every day to get use to the nursery.first day they recommend he comes for 40 mins, didn't let us sit in the nursery. My son went from April to October last year to this nursery hardly staying in more then 5 hours and even that was near the end. At the start they were telling me to bring him at 9 and pick him up at 10.30. Also he was just going in for 2 days. They were claiming for 15 hours and for 6 months he was hardly staying in the nursery. When we went in July to parents evening the staff said they can't keep my son in for more then 10 hours and I should find another nursery for 5 hours.how would that make any child feel to go to two different nursery? The reason they could not keep him for more then 10 hours was because he needed one to one attention.both owners made different statements and I felt my child is being treated differently and neglected. Also my child was never happy going in this nursery. I would not recommend this nursery to anyone. Now my son is going to a nursery in Slough and my son is so happy. As soon as he started this new nursery they made me and my husband stay in with my son. He adapted so well as staff were very professional.he now does two full days at this nursery and is very happy.

I couldn't be happier with the experience my child has had at this nursery. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure each child feels supported and valued. They provide honest and constructive feedback, which has been invaluable in helping me support my child at home. The positive reinforcement and encouragement have made a significant difference in my child's development. This nursery is truly exceptional, catering to all children, including those with additional needs. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and compassion.

My daughter first started Bright World Nurseries back in September 2022, she had come such a long way with her speech, her confidence with interacting with adults, learning. She has had the best start to “school life” with this nursery. Sandeep & AK have been so supportive of her, as well as the other staff members. They will always tell you a short brief of how their day has been, the good & bad, what they had for lunch etc. Honestly it’s been lovely having her attend here. She’ll be sad to leave.
