Really amazing experience. My little boy started in April 2025 and he has just become a confident and happy little boy. The staff are always friendly and show they care about each child so well. As a parent I felt so guilty leaving my child when he was only 9 months, but they made me feel at ease and I love that we can view the children on the cameras throughout the day. I get regular updates on his tapestry which is great to see. He loves it at nursery and we are so pleased we chose Bronte Nursery. Would highly recommend anyone to have a look at this nursery, we felt like this was the perfect nursery from our first viewing there.

Amazing Nursery, as soon as I stepped into Bronte Nursery I felt so welcomed from the manager and as I was going round to each room it just felt so warm and friendly and I knew that I wanted my children to attend here, it very much had a home from home feeling, all staff were happy and so engaged with the children. I was quite anxious to be leaving my daughter at 7 months old but right from the beginning the care plan was very thorough and clear and I felt I was listened to as a parent. My daughter seemed to settle very quickly which made me feel very at ease knowing she was feeding, sleeping and generally happy. My daughter is now 18 months old and is absolutely thriving, she is very independent and her personality is really coming through, which is lovely to see. The best part of the week is seeing what she has been getting up to through tapestry which is uploaded regularly as well as every now and then checking in on the cameras that we have access to (although to be honest I don’t look as much as I could and I believe that’s because I know she is so happy and content). All staff are wonderful and every staff member in her room knows her so well which is lovely as they are able to give such thorough handovers. I can’t thank Bronte Nursery enough for all that they do, my daughter is smiling going in and smiling at the end of the day! What more could you ask for as a parent! I would highly recommend Bronte Nursery.

Absolutely amazing nursery! My child started here in September 2024 and has done nothing but grow in confidence. The practitioners are amazing, always have time to give you a full handover at the end of everyday. Communication is everything at this nursery, I always feel involved in my child’s development. Seeing the photos and videos uploaded you can see staff really do put out the best activities to support my child’s development.

Review: I had a very disappointing experience with Bronte Nursery in Gravesend earlier this year. I booked a tour for my son, and after being shown around, I was told there were no spaces available until after September. I asked if I could reserve a place for September, but was told to call back in June or July. When I called again this June, I was informed that places had already been taken by others who had paid in advance. This left me confused and hurt—if others could secure places in advance, why was I denied the same opportunity? It’s hard not to feel that I was treated differently, and I strongly believe this is a form of discrimination. No parent should have to experience this kind of unfair treatment in 2025. Equality and respect should be the standard, not the exception.
