Buds That Blossom is a well-established day nursery and preschool with over two decades of experience in early childhood care across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. The nursery caters to children aged 3 months to 5 years, prioritising high-quality, professional childcare.
As an independent, locally-rooted nursery, its director brings a wealth of experience, having progressed through various roles in childcare over 20 years. The core philosophy revolves around nurturing a fun, creative, and safe learning environment, with a strong emphasis on preparing children for school through positive experiences.
The nursery values its exceptional and well-trained team, who are dedicated to putting children's needs first. Recognising the diverse needs of families, Buds That Blossom offers flexible session options without strict minimum requirements.
The curriculum is built around the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, but the nursery strives to go beyond basic educational requirements, fostering confidence, curiosity, and respect in children. They incorporate an online system called Famly to keep parents updated on their child’s development and encourage collaborative engagement.
Outdoor play is considered essential for exploration and connection with nature, and fresh, healthy, and diverse meals are provided, with a life skills ambassador engaging children in cooking and gardening activities.
