Busibodies is a day nursery in Scunthorpe for children aged from birth to four years. It is open from Monday to Friday, 8am until 6pm, all year round, and offers government-funded hours for three and four-year-olds. Ofsted inspected the day nursery in July 2025 and judged its overall effectiveness to be Outstanding.
According to the inspection report, there is a positive, inclusive ethos across the setting and children are happy and confident. The inspector noted that partnerships with parents are strong and that children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive the additional support they need to succeed. The report also highlights how staff respond to children's interests, for example by providing binoculars to observe birds nesting in the garden. The nursery provides mentoring to other local settings.
