What parents say

Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection

Staff go above and beyond to build up relationships with all the parents.

Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff plan highly inclusive activities that support all children, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), to make good progress. For instance, staff support children who are less mobile to be able to access all areas of learning. The manager and staff work closely with parents and other professionals to put individual plans in place for children with SEND, which helps to meet their needs and progress their learning and development.

Outdoor space

Children who do not have access to outdoor areas at home are provided with experiences of playing in the mud kitchen, jumping through tyres and planting in the garden. Children learn how plants and vegetables grow, and they gain fresh air and regular exercise.

After starting our non verbal 2 year old in another local nursery, she really regressed. Busy bees was recommended to us by a neighbour so we changed nurseries. The staff here have been amazing from the start. They took time to make our daughter comfortable in her environment and has an amazing time every day. She has gone from just saying 2/3 words to putting together 4 word sentences in the space of 4 months with their speech therapy plan. Can't recommend this nursery enough.
