Terrible nursery, would not recommend, went for a show round manager was completely distracted by chaos of the nursery! Children were being pulled down from the climbing frame and shouted at, staff were glued to their ipads in the garden no interaction at all!

We're so glad that we chose Busy Bees at Picket Twenty. The development that our little one has shown in little over 6 months has been profound. From bursting into tears in the first week drop-offs, now they gallop to the front door! The staff are all lovely, and great at keeping parents updated. We always feel comfortable on nursery days that our child is in safe hands and receives the right amount of individual attention. They have our many thanks.

My daughter has only been there for 3 month ( including the 8 weeks notice period) There is no communication between staff members and the manager or between nursery and parents. On one incident the manager was really unprofessional, rude , and just couldn't care less about me as a parent. Don't waste your time and money. Find a better place for your child.

I don't recommend this place. It's not clean, and I noticed very few toys for the children to play with. The doors to the outside are always left open, even in winter. During my visit, two children were crying, and a staff member was loudly singing nursery songs instead of trying to calm them down. I heard from the staff member that the food is good, but the staff pays little attention to the children and prefers to gossip instead.
