My son absolutely loved his time at Busy Bees Harrow. The staff are amazing, so friendly, super caring and full of love. They created such a happy and welcoming environment. He always came home smiling and excited about the activities he had done. We are so grateful for all the support and attention they gave him and we couldn’t have asked for a better start to his early years. Highly recommended! 😊

About this day nursery
Busy Bees at Harrow, located in Kenton, London Borough of Harrow, operates Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm, all year round except for bank holidays. Established in June 2019 (formerly Treetops Harrow), this childcare setting provides a nurturing environment for children aged 0 to 4 years.
The latest Ofsted inspection, dated 11/04/2024, rated the nursery as 'Good' overall across all categories. Parents consistently report that the information they share is effectively used to help their children settle in, fostering a sense of safety and security.

Communication with parents is excellent, facilitated through face-to-face handovers and an online app, ensuring they are always up-to-date with their child's learning journey.
The curriculum is implemented with high expectations, and individualised activities are planned based on children's interests and developmental stages. The nursery is proactive in identifying and addressing developmental gaps, swiftly obtaining parental consent for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and making referrals for additional support through the local authority when needed.
All children enjoy daily access to the garden, promoting outdoor learning and physical activity. Older children are encouraged to develop independence, even using a 'magic trick' to put on their coats before heading outside.
This approach extends to children acting as helpers during snack and mealtimes, promoting responsibility. The nursery also effectively supports children learning English as an additional language by incorporating key words from their home languages.
Healthy lifestyle choices are promoted, with children learning about dental hygiene and nutritious foods.

Parent Reviews of Busy Bees at Harrow
My daughter started Nursery in April and she loves it so much , the staff at this nursery is friendly and provides everything a child needs . She is two and an half and she really likes everyone there especially her teacher Shana :)
Read on GoogleReally welcoming and child friendly environment. The staff always keen to go above and beyond to help with any problems I incurred. I felt very comfortable knowing my daughter was in safe hands. The girls in all the rooms were lovely and very warm. Didn't feel judged at all and when I wanted things done in a particular way the girls made sure it happened. Fantastic management team as well!!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery
Read on GoogleVery pleased with this nursery. Staff is wonderfully warm, friendly and loving across all rooms. We had started my daughter in the baby room when she was 14 months old for two half days in a week. Fatima, Ayesha and Christine were lovely and carried her around almost all the time to help her settle, but I guess she was just not ready then. We gave a break and joined her back when she was around 22 months for four half days. They guided us to join her straight in the toddlers room, although she was two months short of her required age. Initially, Channel was her key teacher, incredibly warm and gentle and Zoya instantly took on her. Futura too is simply amazing. From feeding Zoya personally to helping her build her social skills, she too has been very instrumental in shaping up my girl. Her current Key teacher is Reanah. She is such a happy and positive person and makes great effort to help Zoya participate in all the beautiful activities they plan daily with kids. This time to our surprise, she settled within less than a week and totally loves the place and looks forward to going to her nursery. I was very impressed to see a young male teacher in the staff too. Philip is great with kids and my daughter loves him as much as she loves all the other staff members, Anukshi, Masuma, Esther, Amy and Stacey. Management team is equally fantastic. Frankie too is remarkably warm and always accommodating, whenever need be. I’m also very pleased with the lovely variety of food they serve. At first my daughter would hardly ever eat and now she finishes her entire meal on her own. The apps are very helpful too and we have regular updates on it with detailed feedbacks about the child’s progress once every month. Can’t recommend Busy Bee Harrow on the hill nursery enough!
