Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are supported well. Staff are aware of what they need to do to ensure that gaps are narrowed. Children with identified learning needs have plans in place to support them.
I have been sending my child here for 3 years and I can honestly say that the teachers have treated my son extremely well. The nursery is very clean and hygienic and it’s a good environment to send your kids. They are doing an exceptional job
Read on GoogleMy Son has been in the nursery for 1 year . The staff have always been open and honest . I have gone to participate in many out door activities with my Son. He will be leaving in July 2023 to go into reception I am sure he will miss all his friends and the staff ,he is going to find it very hard to move . I attended the Christmas concert with my wife . I was amazed with how 2 year old children could sing so well . Lovely concert lovely planning Thank you for everything you do for our son . I like to wish everyone at the nursery a happy Christmas and a Happy happy new year
Read on GoogleBy far my favourite daycare with the most pleasant, responsible and understanding people. When I used to drop my son off, I could see that he was happy and excited to be there. The teachers are very attentive and always try to make the best for the children. Jacob was well prepared when he went to Reception thanks to the amazing learning he had done at St-Bertha. If it were up to me, I would keep him there for ever :D
Read on GoogleMy daughter spent two years here and I can say she learned a lot. She recalls fondly her nursery days, the activities she participated in, and the staff. My son is now a student here. Even though it was difficult for him at first to be apart from me, he is now excited to go, thanks to all of the lovely and caring people who work here. Highly recommend!
Read on GoogleMy child attended this nursery for over 1 year. During the time she spent there she was send home with mysterious marks on her face which staff could not explain and only make up child like Exuses. Staff are unqualified and not managed in a proper manner by an appropriate manager. The staff speak other languages to your children and cause them speech delay due to the language confusions. On multiple occasions my child was send home without her nappy changing for the whole session of 3 hours even a dirty one! Which caused her to come out with a nappy rash. Staff become extremely defensive if you question the way they run their nursery. I witnessed a little boy get his finger trapped in the door and the staff member only pushed him back into the room and closed him in there. I was furious and they denied it even though I saw this with my own eyes! The lack of care the children are shown in this daycare is neglectful and abusive. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE.
