This is a money making venture with high staff turnover, long waiting times for drop offs when one is rushing off to work. The facilities like toilets need revamping and the outside area could do with real safety and fun in a revamp. There have been great staff members who have left and my son has not had a constant key worker for the entire 3+ years he’s been here. Go somewhere else if you can as I wish I’d not stuck around as long.

Amazing team who create a nurturing and engaging environment to develop our child’s progress. The food is of a great quality and they keep us informed both face to face and using the app. It is great to have the regular meetings with her key worker but they are happy to catch up whenever needed. Would highly recommend!

Disgusting.. Their staffing issues are appalling.. On numerous occasions they wait until you waste your time and resources too actually get too the nursery before turning your child away at the door.. You can NEVER Make plans because of this place.. The staff love too call in sick when the manager isn't on site.. Don't bother wasting your time money nor effort on this place.. I have also on numerous occasions taken my Children out of the nursery because they have failed oo meet basic childcare needs.. My son couldnt wear trousers for 2 days and struggled too walk after staff failed too recognise an injury too his leg.. My daughter has had bruises on her spine and forehead coming back from this nursery.. They never seem too hold themselves accountable for the fact they fail too pay enough care and attention too the Children.. They always make excuses and back themselves up.. Im Hearing other parents are going through the same at this nursery.. I was in the middle of a complaint about the setting when they recieved a good ofsted report.. Appalled.. Don't Bother going.too this setting..!! Protect your child and send them somewhere less money obbsessed..

Used to be Outstanding about 10 years ago : ( I am finding some of the Preschool staff not unfriendly but they come across as though they just don't want to be present. We pay all this money, the least you could do is smile. I don't think managment realise how important the little things are. They are not looking after our fish, you are looking after our children. If they can't engage in a friendly or even try to make some sort of effort - respectfully, do not do the job. They are currently loosing a lot of good friendly staff to to other nurseries which concerns me a lot. 0-2 room outstanding, all brilliant - the others I am not sure about. I am not sure the staff are treated the best either which is a shame because some of them, or most are really good. Toby, the old manager begining of the year, really awesome and a great. The new staff coming in are hopefully being hired for the right reasons. Management changes maybe 3 times in the past 6 months. Hopefully this stabilises from now. I am considering changing nurseries and looking at the ones Outstanding in Bedfordshire such as Lavender Day nursery to which some staff are transferring to. Concerned Parent :( * I do really like the Parent Zone App that allows me to see what my child has done. The staff are great at updating this. For example when they have nappy changed, eaten or had a sleep. If updated on time you can see on your phone how much of their food they have eaten and how long your child has napped for. This a good improvment, and I really enjoy this feature.

Very unreliable nursery. Almost daily understaffing problems especially in cold or rainy weather.
