30pm, all year round, providing childcare for children aged 0-4 years. Rated \'Good\' by Ofsted in November 2022, the nursery prides itself on a clear vision where staff follow children's interests to support and extend their learning through well-planned and challenging activities.

Children's independence is fostered across all age groups, from self-feeding and nose wiping to dressing themselves, promoting resilience and respect for their environment. The nursery focuses on supporting children's development, particularly their speech and language.

Children are encouraged to become \‘garden detectives\’, learning to assess risks and stay safe in the outdoor environment. The curriculum, discussed during a learning walk with the manager and inspector, encompasses both indoor and outdoor learning experiences.

Children form strong bonds with staff, who nurture communication and language development through stories and sounds, and help older children learn about emotions. Parents have reported that their children settle well and appreciate the regular feedback on their child's development.

The nursery also uses \‘family books\’ to share photos, facilitating discussions about different family dynamics and cultural differences, and allowing children to listen to various languages, with parents able to record phrases in their home language to help their children settle and understand routines.

We are happy with the support our child receives at this nursery. The staff have been fantastic in helping her build confidence and encouraging her to express herself. We’ve noticed a real improvement in her self-belief, communication, and willingness to share her thoughts and feelings. The team are patient, nurturing, and genuinely take the time to understand her individual needs. It’s reassuring to see how supported and valued she feels each day, and we’re very grateful for the positive impact the nursery has had on her development.

Amazing staff, so caring and loving towards the children. It’s been almost 6 years between both of my children and over that time I’ve got to know most of the ladies really well. They have helped me grow and nurture my children and I’ll always be grateful. It’s hard to leave your children but I always knew that they were in a safe and loving environment. I would recommend this nursery to anyone. Tonight at graduation for my son, the look he gave his key workers and the hugs they gave in return you could see pure love and that’s all you want. Thank you everyone at Stanway BuyBees for everything you have done.

Cannot praise this nursery enough! All three of.my children have grown up here (3 months to school age with one still attending full time) and been taught the early life skills and developed a high level of confidence in all areas of their lives. The staff are amazing and honestly i cannot praise them all enough! The attention to detail and the very person centered approach to each child's development is second to none. No one will be disappointed if they chose this nursery for their children! I will praise them forever as they really have provided my three kids with the best start in life!
