Children are happily welcomed into the nursery, and older children form strong bonds with staff and peers. However, settling-in procedures for babies are not well-planned or adapted to individual needs, leading to difficulties in settling and forming strong attachments. My daughter has attended Monkey Puzzle since March 2025, she started in the starfish room and has recently transitioned into Rainbow Dolphins. The staff are all amazing, giving detailed hand-overs as well as the communication through the parent app and emails. My daughter goes into nursery happy and has a lovely bond with all staff in her room. Couldn’t recommend Monkey Puzzle enough!
