I booked a visit at this nursery via the website and received a confirmation of the booking for 11am today (see confirmation). Showed up for it and was greeted by a staff member who was completely unaware and a bit rude. She condescendingly asked where's my child and said that they do visits with the child only. I told her we're moving to the area in a couple months and we live in north london so its not practical to bring them. She goes back inside, returns and says she's not seeing a booking even though I've shown her the confirmation email from the nursery. She goes back in and emerges a few minutes later and asks if I can come back in 15 minutes because the manager is in a meeting. No remorse, no apology, no recognition that they may have made a mistake. If childcare institution has poor communication, lack of respect for someone's time and rude staff these are definite red flags and I experienced everyone of them this morning. I would strongly recommend against ever entrusting your child with the staff at this nursery.
Read on GoogleMy daughter joined Busy Bees when she was 13 months old and the amazing staff made the transition really easy (for both of us!) and I feel completely confident leaving my baby in their very capable hands. All staff members have taken the time to get to know my daughter and handover is stress-free, as she is always pleased to see the carers, and I know she is going to have a fun day. At pick up I am informed of all the activities she enjoyed that day and I never feel rushed when I have questions to ask. A variety of healthy meals/snacks are provided and the menu is fantastic (I am jealous of all the lovely meals she enjoys!). The staff work so hard and are incredibly caring at this nursery and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Read on GoogleOur daughter has attended the nursery since March this year and we’ve already seen huge improvements in her understanding and fine/gross motor skills. The staff/management clearly care deeply for the children they look after, ensuring the activities they do are both fun and educational. There has also been an increase in the app updates recently, which shows they listen to the wishes of parents and act accordingly. Admittedly it’s not perfect (the outdoor space is fairly small and Busy Bees still has a ‘no parents inside’ rule, which seems silly now), I appreciate these things are out of the branch’s hands! Would highly recommend this nursery.
Read on GoogleMy child has been attending this nursery for just over 2 years and has moved from the baby room all the way up to preschool. The nursery space is well organized giving kids enough room to have different activities and is much roomier than other nurseries I’ve seen. The menu has enough variety to allow kids to get used to different cuisines. Most importantly, the staff that work here really love their jobs and genuinely care for the kids. They have taken on board any special request I have had from bottle feeding changes, dropping a dummy all the way to massively contributing to successful potty training. Its always a worry when leaving your child somewhere and as a parent you can always find something to worry about but I honestly get the impression they have my child’s best interests at heart always, for me, irrespective of how well the nursery is run it’s the people that make this place feel like an extended family and gives me the confidence that this is the best place for my child. We have also worked closely with the SEN co-ordinator who has been fantastic at making sure my child was referred where needed and gets the support required. I would highly recommend this nursery.
Read on GoogleMy first daughter has been attending this nursery since she was just under 1 year old. As a first time mum I was very worried and apprehensive about leaving her in the care of others but I had no choice as I needed to work. I couldn’t have left her in better hands than the staff at Busy Bees Morden. They were so lovely to her, I could see an improvement in her development straight away. I have never had any issues and if anything concerns me I know that I can send a quick email or call and my concerns will be resolved. When my second daughter came, I had no doubts in also sending her to Busy Bees Morden, they are such happy little girls and love going to nursery. The staff have been great during this pandemic, I really could not ask for more from them. The Deputy Centre Director has been great in handling things during these unprecedented times. Thank you Busy Bees Morden!
