My daughter loves going to nursery and is always happy to see everyone. Her development has been impressive since starting at busybees in 2024. The team have great commitment and values towards all the children. The support and advice has been there since the day she started and we are so grateful for this. We would highly recommend this nursery for anyone in the area looking for the perfect start in their childs learning and development.

My son got hit by other kids, and when I asked about it, none of the caretakers admitted it. They even argued with me, saying it was just his imagination. But my son had scratches on his leg. When I showed them, a caretaker said he probably fell at home, not there. The thing is, every morning I dress my baby and his socks, and that scratch wasn't there in the morning. When I picked up my little one, he showed it to me, and it was still bleeding a bit. Secondly, they never admitted that someone was hitting my little one, but my toddler actually explained to me who the other kid was and what he was wearing. I took my little one out of there, and they didn't give me my money back. I paid for the whole month, and that month hadn't even started, and my little one didn't go to nursery for that month. I understand we might not get all our money back, but they didn't even pay half, even though it was their fault we didn't want to continue with them.

Our experience at the nursery has been wonderful since my daughter started attending in September. She absolutely loves it there! The staff are incredibly lovely, always welcoming and attentive to the children's needs. They create a warm and nurturing environment that makes learning fun and engaging. I couldn’t be happier with the care and support my daughter receives. Highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for a great place for their little ones!"

When our first child started back in 2019 we were attracted to busy bees by the processes and procedures they had in place, when Covid impacted we were equally impressed with how they reacted. On top of this our daughters development whilst at nursery has been amazing. With this in mind it was never a question that we would enrol our second child there. staff are always friendly and happy to help. They really look after the children's development and work with us to help develop further. Overall a very good nursery that i recommend if anyone is looking for a nursery

I had a very bad experience with Busy bees Nursery in Reading, my child was in pre-school and he had a delayed speech and speaking capability and we reported that we are worried about that and if he needs speech support to help him speaking before going to school in September and they mentioned this is absolutely fine and no need to start anything, the school now said the nursery should have started the speech support and it is a shame that pre-school teachers or specialists didn’t notice that and started the support as per protocol. He literally had no improvement with them, no potty training, no preparation at all before school (should be a pre-school age) , Nil in a whole year and we kept telling is this normal and they said yes absolutely normal!! So unfortunately the private nursery which took lots of money neglected him and the free state school taking care of him properly now? Thanks to the school teachers who works hard for our children and no thanks to any one neglects child needs or trying to take the easiest way of doing nothing.
