Since my daughter joined in May 2023, she has developed so much, both her confidence and speech. The teachers are so kind, passionate and helpful, it’s wonderful to know your child is looked after very well and always happy to attend. I recommend this Nursery 100%.

Awful Nursery Director - Shaheen Matloob My baby has sensitive skin and may have a milk allergy. After the second settling-in session, she used a disrespectful attitude to ask us to provide a GP letter and have an allergy test before my baby could join the full-day nursery. When I called to discuss the details, she questioned why my 7-month-old baby had only tried seven types of food, suggesting that he should be consuming many more by his age. As a mother, I found this comment both insensitive and disrespectful. My baby has sensitive skin and needs more time to try new foods safely. Her suggestion that I should introduce a wide variety of foods in a short period, coupled with her dismissive and blaming attitude, was highly inappropriate. Every time I try to communicate with her, she constantly interrupts my conversation. Her approach has shaken my confidence in her ability to lead this nursery in a knowledgeable and professional manner. She keeps using a blaming attitude and questioning my way of taking care of my baby. Please think carefully before letting your baby attend Busybee Wakefield, especially if your baby has sensitive skin.

Fantastic Nursery with excellent staff. My little boy attended for 2 years and was always excited to go and play with his friends and see staff. My little girl is now attending and loves it just as much. The food and activities for the children are top class and staff feedback and interaction is always to a high standard. Would recommend highly.
