Since Becka joined Busy Bees in April, I feel the nursery has gone from strength to strength. She has been extremely approachable, honest, and has restored my confidence in the care that my child receives. Becka is personable and gives clear communication which I greatly value. This has made an impact of bringing a real sense of community to the nursery. It has been lovely to get my son involved with competitions, as well as picking up some of the seasonal linked activities that are always in the reception area. I have noticed the staff seem confident, happy and knowledgable. They implement high quality activities and have formed excellent relationships with my son making his transition to pre-school supportive. My son is happy, stimulated, and has made clear leaps in his development. Thank you to all of your efforts to make Busy Bees a lovely place to be.

As a parent, I am extremely happy with this nursery. My son is always happy to attend and clearly feels safe, settled, and well cared for. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in his wellbeing and development. I have seen a positive difference in his confidence, social skills, and enjoyment of learning since attending the nursery. Communication with parents is good, and I feel reassured knowing my son is in a supportive and nurturing environment. I would confidently recommend this nursery to other parents.

Ever since the new Centre Director Becka Quartley has taken over, the nursery has improved leaps and bounds. Back when Becka was not involved in the nursery, our son wasn't enjoying himself the best he could and wasn't quite achieving his milestones goals despite all his hard work at home. When issues were raised with the previous centre directors, the concerns were merely brushed over and forgotten about no matter how many times a concern was raised. My wife and I were considering removing our son from the nursery and were days away from doing so when we heard a new centre director was taking over and for that reason, we hung around to see if the new director was worth it. Well, I honestly can say that it was the best choice that my wife and I can have made in relation to nursery for our boy. The changes could be almost immediately. The nursery staff all appeared to be in much better spirits and much more interested in the children's development. The staff now have the much needed support support from the centre director which is enabling them to do their jobs to the highest standard and to be able to request support when required. I personally cannot thank the new centre director and the staff themselves for all the hard work they do day 9in and day out. None of them receive the appreciation they truly deserve. Thank you to Becka herself for all of her hard work to greatly improve the nursery and improve the much needed trust and confidence from parents, especially myself and my wife after losing all confidence within the nursery. If you want somewhere for your children to go before school I cannot recommend Busy Bee's enough. Nothing is too much for any member of staff.

Leaving your little one with strangers can be nerve-wracking, and we did hear a mix of opinions about Busy Bees (Weston Super Mare) before making our decision. However, after our first visit and seeing the positive changes since the new director joined, we've been so impressed. The staff are kind, attentive, and truly care about the children, and the overall atmosphere feels warmer and more organised. The nursery offers a great balance of fun and educational activities, and the daily updates on our child's day give us peace of mind. Since the new leadership, we've seen a clear improvement, and we feel confident and happy knowing our child is in such capable hands.We're so pleased with our experience that we'll be sending our other child there as well.

Our 10 month old daughter is now 3 weeks into attending Busy Bees in Weston. She has settled in beautifully and has already appeared to become so much more social with people outside the immediate family. We get brilliant updates throughout the day via the app, which are both reassuring and lovely to see what’s she’s been up to. The team in the baby room have been fantastic and my daughter appears to have already created a lovely bond with them. So far we cannot fault a thing with Busy Bees and look forward to seeing our daughter there even more with them.
