Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) receive strong support from staff, enabling them to make good progress. The manager works with parents and other agencies to ensure that children with SEND receive the right support. Staff put strategies in place to help children reach their individual targets, including small group work on developing communication and language.
Parents are pleased that children now have regular opportunities to visit the on-site farm, forest school and the woodland area. Babies sit in the garden and listen to nursery rhymes, while older children physically strengthen by digging up vegetables in 'Mr McGregor's Garden' and take age-appropriate risks like climbing trees at forest school under adult supervision.
We visited their nursery and agreed on September start. O asked them if we needed to do anything else to secure the place but they ensured us it was such a big nursery with lots of kids going off to reception this year not a problem bot a problem.. come August I rang them to check in and they said sorry we are full you should have filled in a form. I asked them where the form is they did not know and they did not even care about all the catosrophy they cause on peoples lives. I rang their head office and told them I wanted to raise a complaint and there is no formal process for that either. Everything works for the best I believe. If the managers could not get us to sign up properly god knows how they look after kids in the middle of the forest without any phone signals and proper communication with parents etc. I will bring this up in any form as I find their behaviour, lack of care and communication simply unacceptable

We love the nursery, the outdoor space and the farm yard animals are an added bonus. The staff is warm and lovely and I know my little one is safe and very well looked after. They’re certainly not the cheapest nursery, but the quality of meals, the activities, the daily updates and development updates and peace of mind makes it all worthwhile. We’re very happy to be at Noah’s Ark!

The activities, staff and outdoor space are simply excellent. My son is very happy at Noah's Ark. The management is brilliant - they went an extra mile to accommodate my requests, from having opportunity to chat to all staff members before my son started the nursery to supporting my son's potty training the way we wanted to. Regular newsletters and communication, special events and parents' Whatsapp group - I couldn't wish for more. High-quality care, professionalism and wonderful people - that's our experience of Noah's.

Noah's Ark in Woking is a brilliant nursery, head and shoulders above others. The staff are kind and committed, and we are so impressed with the amount of time the children spend outdoors. My daughter has thrived there and absolutely loves every day!

Generally, the staff are lovely. However , I have great concerns about the management there. My toddler girl had a placement approx 1 year , this was the time it took us to find another placement. My child only being one year old I was told my the manager that “children need sugar to get through a long day at nursery”. These were her actual words. I was speechless. I had to complain to head office so my baby could be offered fruit rather that a sweet pudding. There were lots of other incidents all concerning the manager. Her manner is rude and unprofessional as well as unkind. Communication to parents I found often insulting and patronising. Be careful. I would not recommend this place even though the staff in the baby room were caring and loving as I just strongly disagree with the ethos and moral of the management.

Busy Bees Day Nursery at Woking Noah's Ark registered in 2004. The nursery is open Monday to Friday, from 7.30am to 6pm, throughout the year.
