Our experience at Busy Bees Norden Road started so well. Bella in the baby room is amazing, and was the reason we chose this nursery over others - so friendly and nurturing, and the kids all clearly loved her. There were also so many other staff who were simply brilliant. Unfortunately a change in director led to a number of these staff leaving, and our experience quickly changed. Clothes frequently went missing/were totally trashed by the end of the day. Shoes ruined as they never bothered to swap her into wellies provided for the garden. Injuries with little to no information provided about what happened, and our daughter would be reluctant to go in, which was very unlike her - she usually skipped in and barely gave me a second look she was so excited. Started so well but would not recommend now sadly.

The staff are absolutely lovely - always have a smile on their faces. Sara the new centre director has been absolutely great, and the communication has been brilliant. My daughter loves going there. Bella is absolutely amazing and all the babies clearly love her to bits. The job they do is so undervalued, but is one of the most important in society and is incredibly hard work. I am so grateful to them for looking after my little one!

Best Nursery ever. I had a terrible experience with a nursery called Monkey Puzzle , It was so bad I removed my children from that nursery in less than 2 months without any refunds, but it was the best thing I could have possibly done for my boys. They love this Busy Bees Norden Road. Even on weekends they ask me to go. The staff is lovely , patient, caring and always available. 10 out of 10! We love you!

We have had 3 of our children attend BB at Norden Road and they have had the best time developing whilst having great fun. The staff are just amazing and always greeted us with a huge warm smile in the mornings and gave us great feedback on how their day was. We have felt like they have been like our extended family and have had an the most happiest memories at BB. Marzena is just superb!

Leaving your children at nursery for the first time can be a difficult but the staff at Busy Bees Norden Road go above and beyond to help them feel safe, secure and settled. My kids absolutely love going and it’s so nice hearing about how much fun they have had at the end of the day, as well as keeping updated throughout the day from the busy bees app. The staff are great and I couldn’t recommend them and the nursery enough!
