Our ethos
Our philosophy is simple: we believe our nurseries are special. The only KPI we measure is happiness. The happiness of the children, of our colleagues and of the families who choose us. Over the years we have honed our understanding of who we are and what we stand for, but we have always stayed true to our vision. The Daisy Vision is based on three key statements: Nurturing Educators and Innovative Leaders create Ambitious and Curious Learners. Inclusion & environment
All children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) make exceptional progress from their starting points. Staff swiftly identify any delays in children's speaking skills and work closely with parents and professionals to create individual learning plans, that target these gaps. This highly inclusive approach helps all children, including those with SEND, make superb progress and develop into confident communicators.
Babies show excitement as they create paintings using mud, water and sand. Older children work cooperatively to create complex constructions with bamboo canes.
There’s a reason this nursery has such a long waiting list. Although it’s small, staff make you feel as though your little ones are spending their day with extended family. The Daisy team are incredibly warm, nurturing, and are genuinely invested in each child’s happiness and development. They are truly a cut above the rest, and we’re so grateful our son gets to be part of such a wonderful environment.
