About this day nursery

Buzzbee Babes Nursery, established in 2010, is an Ofsted-registered childcare provider in Ipswich, offering 69 places for children aged 0 to 4 years. The nursery is thoughtfully divided into a Baby and Toddler room for those up to three years old, and a Pre-School room catering to three- to four-year-olds.

Both environments promote "free flow" learning, including extensive access to outdoor spaces, encouraging exploration and creativity. The Pre-School boasts a large, messy conservatory designed for arts and crafts, fostering artistic expression.

The Baby and Toddler room, located upstairs, also provides a free-flow setup with a dedicated sleep area and a messy room for creative play. A dedicated on-site cook prepares fresh meals daily, with a four-week rotating menu that accommodates various dietary requirements.

Communication with parents is a priority, with daily verbal updates, communication books for younger children, and termly parent evenings to discuss development. The nursery operates Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, closing for bank holidays, a two-week summer break in August, and during the Christmas period.

Parking is available to the rear, with additional street parking nearby.

My sister came back with a black eye and the teachers said they have no idea how that happened!!!. Absolutely disgraceful. Week after that she came back with a bite mark on her arm that was extremely deep! .Their explanation was that there are some kids with special needs that struggle to play with others which is just not good enough!!! other kids shouldn’t be abused just because nursery staff don’t know how to deal with children!
