Carey Childcare Centre, established in 2016, provides a warm and loving environment for children aged 0-4 years. 45pm, Monday to Friday, the setting ensures continuity and stability in children's care and learning, cultivating positive relationships with staff.

The nursery, rated Good by Ofsted on 23rd April 2024, focuses on developing children's confidence through carefully planned indoor and outdoor experiences. Toddlers and pre-school children have supervised access to a well-resourced outdoor area for climbing, wheeled toys, and imaginative play, while babies also spend time outdoors to enhance their physical and social development.

The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, with staff assessing children's understanding to embed and extend their knowledge and build on capabilities. All children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and those who speak English as an additional language (EAL), make good progress.

Staff collaborate with other professionals to support children and close any learning gaps, ensuring an inclusive environment where every child thrives. Parents consistently praise the care and education provided, highlighting the strong partnership between the nursery and families.

The centre promotes healthy lifestyles, catering to individual dietary needs and encouraging active play.
