Our daughter has been at Child First Bicester from August 2024 and we could not have been happier with the care and support she has had. The staff accommodated everything that was important to us with her care, giving her breast milk, using reusable nappies we provided, and comprehensively managing her dietary requirements. We love receiving the updates and photos while we are at work, knowing that she is having fun with her friends and developing new skills. Picking her up at the end of the day is always a highlight, as we get positive and detailed updates from the staff, who are always kind and considerate. The rooms are clean, thoughtfully managed, and provide constant access to quality outdoor space. We have made good friends there and would recommend the nursery to anyone.
Read on GoogleThe best nursery in Bicester. We moved two years ago in Bicester and I was so nervous to find the best nursery for my children. Child first nursery was the best choice I could ever do. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I absolutely recommend it.
Read on GoogleAfter viewing several nurseries across bicester I have been so happy with Child First. The setting is wonderful and they offer early starts and late finishes too. I have been impressed with the excellent activities offered, including baking, music classes which we receive photo updates of my child taking part. The communication is outstanding, with a high level of care and attention to any questions/ concerns I’ve had and we receive detailed weekly updates in addition to daily updates of what the room has done and anything upcoming. The rooms and garden areas are very interactive, so much to play with and these are well maintained and constantly updated. Both of my children have attended here and would highly recommend! All the toys are wooden, they create lots of crafts using natural or nature objects which my child loves. A big thanks to all the friendly team there for their hard work!
Read on GoogleMy daughter has been going to Child First Bicester now for four months since she was eight months old and I am extremely happy with the staff in her room and the management. They have great communication with parents, despite the current circumstances going on around the world, with well detailed hand over notes and feedback given to parents everyday. The food sounds amazing and must be if my daughter has seconds if not thirds of most the dishes there, clearly takes after me! Overall I am very happy with the nursery, with the small amount of time my daughter has been there and I would recommend to anyone!
Read on GoogleBrilliant nursery, my daughter has settled beautifully considering she has had little interaction due to pandemic. Fantastic meals for the children and lovely activities. My little girl is thriving. Brilliant communication from the staff team. Ideal location and great environment for the children. Lots of information for parents and always updated on changes etc. Highly recommend.
