Pricing & funding
Fees are structured around age-banded hourly, full-day, and half-day morning sessions. Monthly invoices are calculated by annualising weekly session costs over 52 weeks and dividing by 12.

Good to know
- Fees are payable monthly in advance on the first day of each month.
- A minimum booking of two full days or five half mornings or afternoons per week is required.
- Consumables, extra hour charges, and notice period must be paid one month in advance.
- For children only accessing 15 hours FEEE, consumables must be paid one month in advance.

SEND provision
Staff work closely with parents and have developed links with other professionals, to help support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). This helps to provide a consistent approach to children's care and learning. However, staff could consider a wider range of ways to help children with SEND to develop their communication skills.
Outdoor space
Babies explore the indoor and outdoor areas confidently, making choices about their play. Children are active learners and relish the opportunities to play in the nursery garden each day. Older children enjoy regular forest school activities, where they explore the natural environment.

I cannot recommend Chingford House more highly. Our daughter has been at the nursery for a year now & we have consistently been very happy with the care & attention she has received. The staff are very experienced, warm, and considerate. They communicate clearly with parents and value parental feedback. Please check them out!

I recommend with confidence. I am very happy with the staff, they took care and patience with my child. They taught him many things and especially helped him learn to speak English very well, although at home we only speak Romanian.And most importantly, the child loves the teacher, after him he would go on weekends😁 so much he likes❤❤❤❤
