Outdoor space

Staff provide children with many opportunities to develop their physical skills. Children happily run around the outdoor play space. They delight in creating a pretend vehicle with crates, alongside staff and their friends. Staff foster opportunities to build on children's confidence in taking safe risks.

As a parent, I am incredibly grateful for Chiswick House Day Nursery and Preschool. The family-friendly and caring nature of the highly skilled and trained staff has created an amazing atmosphere where my child can truly thrive. Best nursery in Chiswick! The teachers/ early year educators are passionate about their work and take genuine interest in the development of little ones. Highly recommend this place.

I have personally witnessed this deputy manager who goes by the name bhume I believe speaking rudely and disrespectfully to staff on multiple occasions, as well as speaking harshly to children, which I found upsetting and inappropriate for a childcare environment. As a parent, this has affected my confidence in leaving my child in their care. It is especially disappointing because the rest of the staff are lovely and caring, and another manager at the nursery shows a much more professional and compassionate approach. I would appreciate this matter being taken seriously and looked into appropriately
