Babies are well-settled and have ample space to safely practice their physical skills. The day nursery has a clear curriculum, developed in close collaboration with the local authority, which helps children build on their existing knowledge.
Staff effectively extend children's learning by blending child-led activities with insightful interactions. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are well supported; staff work closely with parents and other professionals to adapt practices and the environment to meet individual needs, and the manager sensitively guides parents through the process of accessing professional support.
Outdoor learning is encouraged, with children confidently navigating the outdoor space using balance bicycles, and staff supporting the development of hand-to-eye coordination during ball play. The nursery is also committed to fostering a love of reading, providing a wide range of books and organising regular trips to the library.

Outdoor space
Children confidently negotiate the outdoor space using balance bicycles, taking care not to disrupt their friends' play. When children choose to play with bats and balls outside, staff help them to develop hand-to-eye coordination and catch a ball when thrown to them.

Perfect nursery in all ways possible. After being nervous about sending my daughter at a young age, it’s the best decision we made. All the staff are really friendly and helpful and my little one has learned so much and progressed in the short time being there already. The fact she runs in without a glance back in the mornings shows how much she loves it and feels safe and secure. Would highly recommend to anyone ☺️

Absolutely brilliant nursery. My oldest has been there since she was 8 months old and has always been happy to go to nursery. My little boy has just started and is settling in really well thanks to the wonderful staff 🌟. The nursery and outdoor area always looks fun and engaging and the staff keep parents up to date with what they've been doing 😊

Absolutely amazing nursery! My son started when he was 9 months old (he is now 19 months) and the progress he's made is incredible. He's always excited to go in and has so much fun whilst he's there. As a first time mum I was scared at first but after seeing the genuine love the staff have for him I know I've made the best decision. All of the nursery staff are amazing and Tess the manager is like a second mum to Finley! I am genuinely so thankful for Clarence House!

My baby girl is my entire world and sending her to nursery at 6 months old was not an easy thing for me to do, I was terrified and I suffer with anxiety so it felt awful. Well that opinion soon changed when I saw her really start to enjoy her activities and I could see it on the app they use! Using the app helps me with anxiety as I can see what she’s up to. She dances when we walk up the drive and she’s all smiles. She’s very relaxed here and I’m trusting in the hands I leave my little love in!

I absolutely love this nursery, my little boy loves it’s too! All the staff are super friendly and helpful. They Keep me updated on how my little one is getting on throughout the day. I know he’s in safe hands here and he’s absolutely thriving since he’s been attending. Thankyou ladies!
