The preschool received a "Good" rating from Ofsted in its latest inspection on 22 June 2022. Children here are described as active learners who enjoy exploring the natural world outdoors, engaging in activities such as digging for worms and investigating wood piles for insects, as well as developing physical skills by climbing and taking risks safely.

The curriculum is designed to be rich in learning opportunities, planned around individual children's interests and what they need to learn next. Staff work closely with other agencies, including speech and language therapists, to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, helping to address developmental gaps.
