My son is thriving in this lovely nursery since he was 1.5 years old He is now 3.5 and still loves going there. Never had any major issues. The nursery staff are great and always share positive feedback, what they did each day and what food he ate. They take the children regularly on trips to the library and the local park. They organise other outings such as cable cars or to see santa! This is such a family orientated nursery and parents get invited to various events such as mothers or fathers day. Thank you for taking such a great care of my little boy!
Read on GoogleThinking of sending your child here? Please do not. Parent to parent I've heard some horrible things about staff even whilst doing shopping. I have personally reported them to Ofsted. My child was potty trained yet when I'd pick him up at least twice a week he'd be wet. This was a major concern for me since at home he wouldn't it made me have to evaluate his experience. Christine nursery manager, a very rude lady would always mention if you are late of if you forget something in a negatively fastidious way. The week before I knew he would leave, I paid £45 lunch fees, Director Jennifer even mentioned I would have to pay more and and would discount the price if I stay as a 'good will gesture'. I would send emails she would not respond to, be really slow in replies and calls she would never be around for or is in a meeting about my refund. Considering all the hassle £18 was returned after four months! In the end my son went to a 5 star rated nursery with very happy bubbly staff, never wet himself and was ready for full time school.
Read on GoogleIf I could give this nursery a 0 star I would my child was always upset in the morning not wanting to come the staff are horrible they will tell you everything you want to hear so it doesn’t make themselves look bad. They lie which you can clearly tell they are disrespectful and there attitude is horrible. The staff need to change they are rude and not polite and unbothered. I noticed so many stuff happening since when I took my child out I started to notice really odd behaviours that were new to me just showing me how unprofessional and neglecting they are I advised you to not take your child here even if the nursery is close to you it just won’t be good for your child take them to a nursery where they will enjoy being there and staff are able to communicate properly and be responsible so please again don’t take your child here.
Read on GoogleMy child would always come home in tears as a result of not been given the right care point where my child is being tossed around. They are not professional at all and they only tell you what you want to hear. When collecting my child i was told that my child was not co-operating and that he wont sit still during “carpet time” my child is 2. No child of that age would know how to sit still for a whole hour therefore i found they’re complaints unnecessary. Even when i was a little late to pick up my child they would visibly be very annoyed. Please think before sending tour child there.
Read on GoogleBeing a parent of a child who had speech issues before starting nursery and a worker at the nursery for many years it’s was a no brainer to take my child here. His language developed massively as did his skills to be ready for school. Once he was school ready he went in confident, able to communicate and was able to meet skills they teach in reception. Please don’t let negative reviews put you off as they tend to be people that were unhappy with the service they received rather then all the happy families we have had through our doors and continue to recommend and return with other siblings Before making decisions on nursery look at all review’s including daynurseries.co.uk where most of our families place reviews
