Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities and those facing barriers to learning receive targeted, sensitive support. Staff set small, achievable targets, complete targeted training, and reduce barriers to learning through reasonable adjustments and flexible deployment of staff for one-to-one support.
For children who speak English as an additional language, staff introduce key words from their home language into everyday conversations. They also use visual aids and gestures to build communication confidence and ensure children feel understood.
Lovely soft play! I visited with some friends and my 9 month old son who can crawl. For £5 it got us entry and I got a large coffee too. The soft play is amazing, lots of sensory areas, different rooms, a huge soft play for younger and older children. Then a good sized soft play for babies. There’s plenty of seating and a good clean toilet with baby change. You can easily book online which makes visiting so much easier! Staff are friendly, will definitely be back as my little one absolutely loved it.
Read on GoogleWe went to the baby class this morning and it was fab! Lovely sensory room for the little ones, our 4 month old really loved it, we'll definitely be back!
Read on GoogleMy daughter and I had so much fun today at Cloud 9 - we can't wait to go back. I was so impressed with the service from Shelley and Kayleigh (sorry if your names are spelt incorrectly). They even made a drink for my daughter that wasn't on the menu. We didn't mind being guinea pigs and my daughter said it was incredible. They were so friendly and welcoming. The spaces available to play in are a perfect size and both my daughter and I loved the variety of areas. They have an ample sized softplay with multiple slides and tunnels and a ball pit at the end of one of the slides. It also has a mini ball pit and a few sensory areas dotted around. They also have a room filled with books, small toys, a wooden castle, mini picnic bench, trains and tracks, a piano (our favourite) and houses containing lizards and a turtle. My daughter loved watching the lizards skitter about. Plenty of seating with lots of food and drink options for little ones and grown ups too. Baby change/toilet facilities are really spacious, super clean and tidy. As I said we cannot wait to go back and take some friends with us next time. Thank you Cloud 9.
Read on GoogleAmazing sensory room. Very clean and well laid out. Our 5 month old loved it, in fact we’re still here because she had so much fun she fell fast asleep and the owner has been kind enough to let us stay while she snoozes 😴 The room is also available for private hire which I’ll definitely be doing. Thank you!
Read on GoogleSmall soft play would be nice if there was heating on. Absolutely freezing in there. Other parents also were saying the same. Even though childrens were running around they were like ice to touch. Won’t be going back until the heating goes on!
