Staff work closely with parents and other professionals to meet individual needs, supporting children's progress from their starting points. The nursery places a strong emphasis on communication and language, with staff engaging in meaningful discussions with children and modelling language effectively, helping all children, including those with English as an additional language, to become confident talkers.

Children also develop a strong interest in books, using props to re-enact stories and making connections to their own experiences. The nursery provides opportunities for outdoor learning, where children enjoy playing with bikes, scooters, and building balancing tracks, happily following instructions and rules of simple games.

My son has been attending this nursery for 5 months and he absolutely loves it. He is happy to attend every day and enjoys his time there. They have lots of activities for the kids which keeps them occupied and active all day. I find the staff friendly and informative, every time I pick up my child, they give me a rundown of how he was that day, all of which is updated every day in the blossom app. I am also pleased with the food that they give him, different to what he would get at home. I would recommend this nursery, so far so good!

My daughter has been going there for more than a year and I had a very great experience. She was always well cared by the staff who were very friendly and nice with us. They have taken the children to the farm which I really enjoyed it. Always good communication between staff and parents. I would highly recommend it.

I am not the type to leave a review at all but with these past years I have been with this nursery, and they always fell to disappoint me. 3 years ago, my son attended this nursery at Uxbridge branch, the staff and the manager were horrible. The staff didn't know what they are doing, majority untrained and the manager are just there to collect any funds she can from government, charity and parents. I remove my son from the nursey permanently after an incident happened and they never contacted me to inform me. They waited for me to pick him up and they never told me what happened until my son show me his face and they couldn't explain it to me what had happened then. Years gone past and after speaking with one of my friends also a mother, she said she has put her daughter in the same company but different branch (Hayes), I explained and shared my thoughts with her and told her what happened with my son in the past, she reassured me that things have changed, and she knows the ladies that works in there. My daughter been there for only 1 year and I have a list of complains already for the Hayes branch. HORRIBLE STAFF!!! On the beginning there were different staff in there, very lovely ladies, but they all gone, and the remaining staff in there are very unprofessional, they don't know how to speak with parents or how to engage a conversation. I now had to remove my daughter and looking to sign her up to a different place. Dear Parent Please do your research and read all the reviews before considering placing your child into this nursery.

Very happy nursery for my son. I have nothing but good experiences with this CMC hayes nursery. My sons confidence, speech and alot of other things about him has improved due to the help of this place and the lovely staff. The manager Sara has helped me as a panicky parent in the beginning by always providing updates regularly and was always there to answer any questions i had. Its very lovely seeing your child excited to go to nursery everyday and going in confidently and happily and coming out the same way. His always clean and i truely appreciate that. I have a older daughter who i experience two other nurseries with and i can easily say CMC is the best. The level of care and commitment to the children and parents makes us lucky to have found this place!

This nursery is horrific. Took my son out after 2 months as they don't update parents do not keep a record of each child's lunch or nappy change my son was left in soiled nappy manager (FIFI) then argued with me when told about this! So unprofessional also has been given lowest rating by ofstead only a few days ago! Really concerning how this nursery is still operating. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
