We couldn’t be happier with this nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly kind, caring, and attentive, making both our daughter and us feel completely at ease. The environment is warm, safe, and nurturing, and it’s clear how much love and effort goes into everything they do. Our daughter has grown so much since starting here—socially, emotionally, and in her confidence—and she’s always excited to go in each day. The communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and reassured. We’re so grateful to the whole team for the wonderful care they provide. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a supportive, loving place for their child to thrive.

My son Masih absolutely loves his nursery! The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and caring they really make him feel happy and confident every day. I’ve noticed such amazing progress in his learning since he started; he’s picking up new words, numbers, and songs all the time, and his confidence has grown so much. It’s lovely to see how excited he is to share what he’s learned at home. As a parent, it means everything to know your child is in safe hands and so well looked after. The team do such a wonderful job creating a fun, nurturing, and secure environment. A special thank you to Ms. Vendy, the team lead, for her kindness, support, and dedication, it truly makes all the difference. I couldn’t be happier or more thankful for everything they do! 💕

Our daughter joined Magicwords Day Nursery when she was 2 years old. From the moment we visited, the staff were very helpful and friendly. They explained everything clearly, which made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. Since then, they have been taking excellent care of her. She currently attends two days a week, and we have been extremely pleased with her experience. The nursery itself is spacious and beautifully decorated. There is a large outdoor play area where the children enjoy activities like football once a week. The staff are consistently friendly and supportive. We first met Miss Vendy, the manager, and she has been incredibly kind and helpful. We have not faced a single issue since our daughter joined. Today, the nursery arranged a birthday celebration for our little one, which was very special for her. The staff are understanding when we are slightly late to pick up our daughter, which we greatly appreciate. We also love the nursery’s portal app, where daily activities are updated and notifications are sent via email. It makes us so happy to see our daughter learning and growing each day. Since joining the Nursery, our daughter has shown amazing progress. She is learning new words regularly and is always happy to go to nursery. All credit goes to the nursery, the management team, and the staff for their dedication and care. Kind regards, Presha’s Mom and Dad

I can’t thank Magicwords enough for the incredible support they’ve given my child. It was first time my child was attending any nursery. When we first enrolled, he was struggling to express himself. From day one, the staff were incredibly patient, supportive and attentive to his individual needs. In their nursery they created such a warm and encouraging environment. The team used interactive storytelling, and gentle one-on-one support to help build my child’s confidence with words. Slowly but surely, we began to hear new sounds, then words, and now, short sentences. It’s been such a joy to watch that transformation. They also tend to have interactive days like Father’s Day, trip to Farm house and today it was sports day where i saw children were having fun doing sports and my child was having a good time as well. The communication with parents is also excellent , they always kept me updated on progress and gave helpful tips to use at home. We are so grateful for the difference they’ve made in our child’s life!
