Inclusion & environment
All children, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, develop well in key skills such as physical, social and communication and language skills. Children with emerging additional needs are swiftly identified, and staff seek support and guidance from external agencies. Individual support and education, health and care plans are implemented to provide focus for areas of development that are not within the expected range and that require early intervention and support. 'Bucket time' is used to develop children's attention and concentration skills. Staff use effective strategies to support children who struggle to regulate their behaviour.
Children develop their physical skills in a range of ways. Older children climb on outdoor apparatus and ride on wheeled toys, supporting their active learning. Babies practise crawling, and toddlers strengthen their hand muscles as they mould and make shapes with play dough and climb on outdoor apparatus and ride on wheeled toys.
I am just writing to say how much i love this nursery. From the moment I stepped into the nursery I had a lovely feeling, the manager gave me a little tour and told me everything I needed to know. The staff on shift even had my boy whilst I looked around, which was a great idea, I was comfortable and so was he. Without doubt I knew this was the nursery for him. The team were unbelievably amazing, so kind, thoughtful and just excellent at their jobs. Joshua attended your nursery for 3 months and absolutely loved it! He has learnt so much and has come along heaps and bouds. Thank you all for everything you have done. Definitely highly recommend this nursery and would love for my boy to join again in the future.

Thank you team CMC for being so amazing!
Read on GoogleMy experience with CMC has been nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to share my grievances and dissatisfaction. First and foremost, I must address the distressing incident that occurred involving my son. He was bitten severely on the face while under the care of this nursery, resulting in a visible scar. This incident has not only left my child traumatised but also raises serious questions about the level of supervision and safety measures in place at this facility. The fact that such an incident could occur is utterly unacceptable and has left me deeply concerned about the welfare of the children entrusted to your care. Despite being told many times by management that it is ‘normal’ I can safely say an incident of this magnitude is not normal. Furthermore, I am extremely disappointed by the manner in which CMC have handled this incident. Despite the severity of the situation, they have refused to take responsibility for the incident or provide any form of compensation for the harm caused to my child. This lack of accountability and refusal to address the issue in a fair and compassionate manner is deeply disheartening and reflects poorly on the nursery's management. Additionally, I have repeatedly requested the staff details of those responsible for supervising my child, as I believe it is my right as a parent to know who is entrusted with their well-being. However, CMC nursery has consistently refused to provide me with this information, which raises concerns about transparency and accountability within their establishment. Moreover, the overall quality of care provided by CMC nursery has been subpar. I have observed a lack of attentiveness, inadequate communication, and a general disregard for the well-being and development of the children. This is not the standard of care that I expected when enrolling my child in this nursery, and I am deeply disappointed by the level of professionalism demonstrated by the management team. In light of these issues, I am left with no choice but to express my dissatisfaction publicly. I will be sharing my experience with other parents, as well as on relevant review platforms, to ensure that they are aware of the concerning incidents and lack of accountability demonstrated by your nursery. I have already filed a court claim as I have strongly urged CMC to take immediate action to rectify these issues, including compensating me for the fees I paid up front and addressing the lack of transparency regarding staff details. It is crucial that you prioritize the safety, well-being, and development of the children in your care and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of your services.

I am very impressed with the professionalism, attention, and warmth that the staff at CMC consistently provide. And I recommend the nursery and early childcare at CMC for any mum who wants exceptional services.
